Устанавливаем требуемые пакеты
apt install deluged deluge-web deluge-common
Отредактируем файл
nano /etc/default/deluge-daemon

Добавим прав для исполнения скрипта и добавим в автозагрузку
chmod 755 /etc/init.d/deluge-daemon
update-rc.d deluge-daemon defaults
